We at Zoostore Team appreciate the work of the animal shelters and animal welfare associations, because they ensure that abandoned animals are taken in and cared for and, in most cases, find a loving home again. In addition, they are committed to animal welfare and the welfare of all animals.

We would like to support this work and offer animal shelters and animal welfare associations the Zoostore animal protection discount of 10% on our entire assortment, starting from an order value of 80 euro.

How does my shelter or animal welfare association get the Zoostore animal protection discount?

• Write us by e-mail that you want to use the Zoostore-Tierschutz-Rabatt, stating your club name and your e-mail address with which you have opened the customer account with us.
• If your club is not yet a customer, please open a customer account here.

In order to avoid the support of black sheep, we also ask you to send us the following documents:

- an excerpt from the register of associations
- A certificate from the tax office proving that your association is recognized as a charitable organization.

When can you use the Zoostore Animal Welfare discount?

After reviewing your documents, you will be notified by email that you will be able to use the Zoostore Animal Welfare discount from now on. To use the Zoostore-Tierschutz-Discount afterwards, log in as usual with your e-mail address and password on zoostore.de, fill your shopping cart and go to the cashier. If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the value of 80 €, you will automatically be deducted the Zoostore animal welfare discount from your bill. The shipment is also postage paid.
